We could not have been happier with the service we got from jor-event! With only 2 weeks to go before our big day we found out we would need to hire generator (due to a break down with one we were going to borrow from a friend). I went online and searched for generator hire. After reading some reviews I filled out a contact form on 3 different companies. Jor-event was the 1st to respond. (And after we did hear back from the others, they were also the best value) I got an email from Richard and a call from Jason within half an hour. Both were so helpful, professional, and put my mind at rest. I sent through contact details of all of our suppliers for the wedding and they did all of the leg work in contacting them to find out what power/equipment was required. They kept me updated through the whole process. They arrived when they said they would and set everything up perfectly. Everything went exactly to plan and the day went as we hoped it would. They also came and collected when they said they would. We could not have been happier with their service, equipment, professionalism and kindness. Thank you for everything. I would highly recommend them!
